Yes I was looking for a thread last night. Last year's was pretty bad so I wasn't paying attention until a friend told me to check it out and I'm glad I did.

-Jameis is fascinating. I know he's had his trouble in college but it's very easy to see why his teammates seem to love him.
-Gerald McCoy is just awesome.
-The linebacker Bullough's mic'd up trash talk is hilarious especially from an undrafted rookie. His mom was funny too. "He's not Joe Dirt!"
-Liufau not knowing he could be cut at any time (not just roster cut down days) was strange, especially because I imagine he's on the bubble at best.
-The kicker stuff was interesting to see in real time.

Been thinking about who might be on Hard Knocks next season. IF NFL keeps the same rules, anyone who made the playoffs in 2017 or 2016 are exempt, are are teams who have a new heard coach and teams that have been on hard knocks in the past 10 years.

By my calculations, that leaves 13 teams left at the moment:

Bills, Browns, Ravens, Colts, Titans, Chargers, Broncos, Redskins, Bears, Saints, Panthers, 49ers, Cardinals.

Some of these (Bills, Ravens, Titans, Chargers, Saints, Panthers) are in the playoff hunt, so some of them would end up being ineligible. Some of the others will probably fire their head coach and thus be ineligible.

My guess is the NFL ends up choosing the 49ers.

Yeah, that's a good choice. Might be the NFL's only shot at a Jimmy G showcase - and they'd be fools if they didn't monetize his looks and apparent (if you ask the Niner's locker room) charisma.

The list of possible teams for next season's Hard Knocks is now down to 8:
Browns, Ravens, Chargers, Broncos, Redskins, Bears, 49ers, Cardinals

This might be reduced further if any of the above changes their head coach (I'm thinking Bears and Cardinals).

It'll be interesting to see who the NFL chooses (my understanding is that teams on this list get no say in the matter), there are some interesting storylines.
