Makes sense as he's healthy, and it should be about 8.5MM for 2018.

Would be surprised if a long term deal isn't worked out at some point. Elite player who turns 24 this September. Cooks/Hogan/Gronk taking the top off the defense while Edelman/Mitchell/RBs work the chains. Can't wait to see what McDaniels has in store.

You have to exercise the 5th year option by May 2nd, or the player will become an UFA unless you franchise him at a higher tender.
