Such a letdown after the sun-up to sun-down coverage of the Open to have TBS not even come on air until 1 pm Thursday and Friday. As far as I can tell, all we will get is streaming coverage of 2 featured groups in the mornings.

I'm rooting for Sergio. I think 4 first time winners this year is a really cool story. Westwood or Fowler work too of course.

I hate rooting against guys but I laid $100 to two different friends at the start of the year that Speith *wouldn't* take another major this year. Four days to go.

I couldn't get it to work on Chrome, but it's working on IE.
Thanks - tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and no go. I do have it on my iphone, but wanted to watch on a second monitor at work. I don't even know how to get IE on a Mac. Is it just an easy download, or more complicated.

it seems like the first 7 holes are so are the toughest part of the golf course so maybe we'll see some birdies coming in.

I really really like this golf course. It looks super tough, but fair. It seems like the PGA does a far better job setting up the course compared to the USGA.

DJ at 6 over par standing on the tee at the par 5 18 for some reason decides to hit iron. Promptly pulls it into the water...jesus.

Hitting an iron wild off of the tee is one of the most annoying things in golf. I've often muttered "I could have done that with my driver"

So now he messes up his third shot.

By the by, I really enjoyed the Rich Beem show today. Those of you in the US probably don't know that he's become a prominent commentator for Sky Sports (both on-course and in the booth) in the UK, and he's actually really good; for him to shoot under par this afternoon, using an old school Bullseye putter no less, is pretty amazing.

I saw Spieth take his cart path drop and hit his shot right before I had to leave the broadcast for a while...has anyone addressed the dubious nature of that drop yet? You're supposed to have to take complete relief from casual water, but one of his feet was clearly still touching a puddle when he played the shot. That looked like a no-no to me.

Course is playing a little too easy right now because of the rain. There's gonna be a whole lot of players bunched at the top going into the weekend.
