This is literally the only Saturday I have plans this month. Bah!

In happier memories today is the anniversary of "It was 4-1!"

I just got an email from Highfields saying they miss me and would like to offer me a free bucket of balls with a paid green fee. I told them make it a bucket of onion rings and we have a deal.
Okay, I didn't really. But I can probably afford to buy some rings if I don't have to buy a bucket of balls. I'm just saying.

With all that buildup, I thought we were introducing TV's Michael Grey.

edit: or at the very least a statement from Nap that he and FL4W were lovers and if that was shocking, so be it.

I'll be most likely watching soccer Saturday, between the Championship Playoff & Champions' League Finals... would Sunday late morning strike anyone's fancy?

Sunday it looks like there are a couple of openings starting at 11:38.
11:38 - 2
11:47 - 4
11:56 - 4

12:23 - 4
12:32 - 2

12:41 - 4
12:50 - 4

Other course are, of course, available.

Hickory Hill, for example, is wide open starting at 10:44.

As of now, I'm open on Sunday to play. Already have a tee time at Blackstone National for Saturday.

I'm open to somewhere closer to the city too, but can always do Highfields.

I'm out now. Ironically (?), my stupid friends made a tee time for me at Highfields Sunday morning and just decided to inform me last night. However, this means I can share onion rings with you guys post-round.

There are lots of earlier morning times available if we wanted to try to piggyback on T4P and friends. Basically anything between 8:47 and 9:59 is open except 9:14

I'm in for Sunday AM - if only to embarrass TFP in front of his friends.

Still not sure if we'll be 2 or 3, but if Nap, cshea, and OGG are in we should be able to scrounge up enough for 2 foursomes

I booked 9:59, someone may wanna nab 9:50 just in case :fonz:

edit: just gonna be me and my roommate, so 2 for us

I mean, I think I could also do Monday morning...

My roommate volunteered to bow out if there are 5 in the end, so no worries there. We should get attendance sewn up by Friday though so OOG doesn't foot the bill for an unfilled tee time

I've got a group of 4 for Monday (couple of buds tagging along).

Should we try Hickory Hill, late morning? Looks pretty open

Other two dropped so it's just 2 of us for Monday.

FL4W is down the cape so that's a haul. Anything south by any chance?

Yeah I'm down - looks like I'd have to jet kind of early on Monday, so around 10 would be ideal.

Anyone ever play Ridder Farm?

Scratch that, looks not too great... maybe Ponkapoag? Brookmeadow?

So should I cancel the 9:50 on Sunday? Or do you gents want to play at 9:59 (to maximize T4P and his mother mocking)?
Unless there are any objections, or if 2-3 more folks pop up, sounds like it's safe to cancel 9:50.

Me, OGG, Nap, Cshea at 9:59 Sunday, Highfields

Me + 1, TFP/FL4W, any others? at undetermined course south of city Monday

Can someone who follows Luongo on Twitter link to his Father's Day tweet. I'm mobile and can't.

I can't believe I ever said anything bad about the man.

Speaking of Luongo, I was messing around on the new Hockey Reference site and was stunned to find that he's 7th all time in goalie wins. With a decent season this year he'll move up to 4th. For some reason I hadn't realized he had racked up so many wins, or exactly how long he's been playing.

That tweet is tremendous.

Completely unrelated, but good luck and goodbye to @Spaulding Smails for taking the big leap tomorrow into wedded bliss. What a day to be alive.
