You must feel really good about your squad...

EDIT: And my cheap dude has 5 bogeys through 10 holes, so yeah.

Break even week for me on DraftKings thanks to the double up. 4 of our 8 teams would have finished in the money there. Tough week in our league. I was the only one with Dufner but could only manage third place.

Can you point to the contest you entered? I finished 4th in the league and well out of the money in what I thought was the contest you are referring to as the "double up." So I think I probably entered the wrong one. (God, this stuff confuses me.)

Any idea how much I would have won with the team I fielded in our tournament?

Taking a new approach this week, let's see how it shakes out.

Also putting my money where my mouth is and heavily relying on my draftees in the SoSH league.

I don't know how to take a new approach. Hell, I have trouble just keeping to my budget.

I did create an entire new team for one of the money games to see if I could do better by second guessing myself.

johnmd will be in next week, giving us 9 people. If we can get one more person, I think it would be reasonable to pay out the top 3 and it would give folks a better opportunity to win some money. It's tough being in the top 25% in any of these leagues.

I tried the different teams in different leagues thing last week and got absolutely crushed in all of them.

I got real lucky last week, I feel like I have a very strong knowledge of PGA players - but I can not come up with any sound strategy for these weekly games.

It would be awesome to pay out top three. I usually play small money draftkings, and fairly often make back my money, but getting more than that is really tough. Last week I won $5 in a $2 league with another lineup than I had in the SOSH one. Not bad, but still left me in the red.

Do you guys look big money first? Or look for the bargain guys and then shop at the top of the list?

I usually find a low value player or three I like for whatever reason, grab them. I feel like if I get the big dollar guy first, I'm shopping in the bargain bin and never satisfied.

So I entered a different lineup into the big money league from the SoSH league. Dead last in ours. Currently 258th out of 164k in the big money league.

I'll take it.

Contest for this week is created. Please go in and reserve your entry so I'm not tracking people down tomorrow night. You can reserve it without drafting the players yet if you want to wait.

Season Money List Standings:
1 bostonbeerbelly -- 1 0 $36.00
2 DrewDawg ------- 1 0 $25.20
3 Average Reds ---- 1 0 $25.20
4 Leon Trotsky ----- 0 2 $21.60
5 The Four Peters -1 0 $8.82
6 AirborneSas ------ 0 1 $3.78
7 FL4WL3SS ------- 0 0 $0.00
8 HoyaSoxa --------- 0 0 $0.00
9 johnmd20 ---------- 0 0 $0.00

After complaining last week, Average Reds pulls through with the win. Leon Trotsky is our first multiple week money winner.

I just got an email saying I haven't drafted a lineup.

I'm not sure if this is from the previously deleted league, where I reserved a spot and then it was deleted, but I see a lineup in the current league so I'm hoping all is well.

I see all 9 entrants have entered the contest, so it looks like it's good to go.

Must be the deleted league. Not sure what happened there, but DK just randomly deleted the league.

Man, I had a quick fade. With 11 holes left to play for my squad I was 2 points out of the money, but finished 30 points back.

I got two invites and joined one. I'm still in that one(and it appears to still be live) but I just joined the other.
