Leicester *is* top of table, should be interesting this afternoon.

City/Saints first up.

Seemed like a lot of added extra time after the Everton goal, that already came at the dying... But what an ending indeed.

Yeah, I switched to that game with 10 minutes left and got to see 4 goals.

Rooting for Bournemouth to stay up, but not sure if they can finish ahead of 3 teams.
Villa, Newcastle, but it's gonna be a challenge leaping over that third team.

Holy shit Vardy. What a story.
On that record goal the thru ball had fantastic pace and Vardy with a perfect finish.

First half vs. Second half was a pretty good primer for a newer fan about the difference between an interesting goalless draw and a dull one.

Edit: I'm talking about Liverpool/Swansea

What was the debate in the booth about the handball? To me it was a clear handball in the box so pk. Now personally, I think that is a gratuitous penalty in that situation but I thought my issue was with the rule. So my question is, does the ref actually have discretion? I thought once it was called, that was it. But I only have a rudimentary understanding of this sport.

I think the discretion is whether a red card is given. If there's a hand ball (i.e. Deliberate) inside the box, there's a penalty kick, but a red card is also given only if it denied an obvious goal scoring opportunity.
