    I think that LL was the supervising executive to BC. I don't think BC had the power to sign either Ramirez or Sandoval without LL's approval. Too much money was involved. Whether the RS "brain trust" or Henry himself became convinced by BC or LL, I don't know, but I think BC took the blame...
