    Not quite 90%… Santander was a fringe Cleveland prospect taken in the Rule 5 draft after his first season in Hi-A. The only minor league development time he spent with the Orioles was about a half-season the year after they acquired him and could option him.

    I'd love Carlos Carrasco to be a feel-good story, and his current sub-4.00 ERA is... something. However, his loss of command coupled with a workload that maxes out at 90 pitches suggests he's living on borrowed time.
