I have to say that I like the new offsides rules. Last year, we’d be in a five minute microscopic forensic examination with a protractor after that goal.
is that an example of how the new rules will operate? If so I like it. I thought it was off, but better to just accept and move on than kill the momentum, especially in a barn burner like this one.I have to say that I like the new offsides rules. It’s supposed to be a thick line on each this year and if the lines touch, you’re onside. I have to imagine that one would have taken much longer to legislate if it was last year’s skinny line. It will be interesting to see if they show the graphic on that one at some point to explain it. Obviously doesn’t matter in this game but would be good to show in Goal Zone or something.is that an example of how the new rules will operate? If so I like it. He’s in a contract year, he’ll play well till January when he signs a pre-contract deal with PSG.It appears Pogba forgot that he’s playing for ManU today, not ales Bleus.
But there’s no way PSG can fit Pogba’s salary under FFP!He’s in a contract year, he’ll play well till January when he signs a pre-contract deal with PSG.
Odd flex. The annual “United have a good result” and their fans declare them back game
they finished 2nd last year. How much more back do you want them to be?Or harsh truth?
On my TV app, the Everton game, which was supposedly (I thought) on NBC Sports Network, wasn't shown as available. It was on my phone app.Seems like Peacock got worse at streaming for the new season, which is nice.
Want them to be? How about relegated?they finished 2nd last year. How much more back do you want them to be?
what “annual good result” did we have last year? The one vs you guys?
what do you mean? was able to stream Burnley-Brighton and Watford-Villa without a hitchSeems like Peacock got worse at streaming for the new season, which is nice.
I was having terrible quality on Chelsea-Palace. Glad it’s not a universal issue, hope for the future.what do you mean? was able to stream Burnley-Brighton and Watford-Villa without a hitch
Great time today at the Everton pub. Keane at fault for the Southampton goal, miserable unforced error to give the ball up, but Toffees played with real passion in the second half. Richy, Doucoure (who had his shirt ripped off in the celebration), and DCL. Fan whipping boy Alex Iwobi was massive as an impact sub, with a hand in buildup to two goals, although he fluffed a one on one with the keeper.Richarlison finds DCL and it's quickly 3-1 Everton
Leeds have that Air Coryell Chargers/Westphal Nuggets thing going, but regardless Utd would have stomped any side in the world today. The annual “United have a good result” and their fans declare them back game
He can only get a new pair if they sell Origi first. Not a great finish by Firmino but it’ll do.
What happened to Jürgen’s glasses?
He certainly did.waiting for Alison to get in on the action now.
Him specifically too.Want them to be? How about relegated?
I’m mostly pointing out that United have flattered at times. I believe you were top for a bit last season early and the chatter had already started about winning the league. It’s a good result but your fanbase (not you specifically) can be unbearable at the merest sniff of a return to success
to be fair, it's a rebuilding Palace teamI stayed out of here today because I was making sure to avoid the Union-Leverkusen score while watching Palace and Chelsea, and let me just say that whatever hopes I had that 120 minutes of action the other night for Chelsea might have left them with a hangover for the game with Palace were dashed quite quickly. Chelsea just thoroughly dominated every facet of the game. Which is not surprising, but it is disappointing.
At least Union managed a draw with Leverkusen, which seemed a fair result.
I love what the club has done in recruitment, but is there enough depth and experience to grind out 40pts? Can Viera be both very pragmatic and quickly develop the young’uns? What is Zaha pulls a hammy and misses a month? I want them to stay up because it’s a great stadium, passionate supporters, and a board that invests in the squad. But this is going to be a tough one.to be fair, it's a rebuilding Palace team
I’m already rooting hard against Côte d’Ivoirie in the ACON. No more than me rooting against Egypt & Senegal.I’m already rooting hard against Côte d’Ivoirie in the ACON. (Does that make me a bad person?)
