Resale platform is odd this year where ticket holders were required to list their tickets a few days ago and tickets will only be available to purchase for the next few days. In 2016 it was open with tickets added on a rolling basis from March through the tournament.
Got some tickets but wondering how the coronavirus situation is going to end up impacting the tournament.
I think there will be another resale opportunity. I was pretty surprised how wide open tickets were today at least for those who got in quickly in the queue. There were tickets for everything, right down to cat 3 finals. I think part of what UEFA was thinking for this round given what was available is that they didn't want people trading down. If you paid 185 euros for a wembley game in the initial ballot because you were worried about availability, I guess they didn't want people logging in this morning, grabbing 50 euro tickets for the same game, and then listing their 185 euro tickets to get purchased a week later after the initial availability goes away.
That's probably a reasonable approach for this far in advance. After today's free for all my guess is that most of the tickets will be sold. There is no way that today was only resale tickets. It was also clearly tickets that EUFA itself still had in inventory.
With respect to concerns about coronavirus, I'm about 50/50 on whether this tournament is actually feasible to go off in June.
