The logic of this statement, to the extent there is any, applies to literally every GM ever.
The same would then apply to the response i suppose.

I think there ARE dynamic GMs in any game. I think most are propped up, or taken down, by the "ops" team that are under them.
Do you really think its DD that targets a guy like Pearce? NO, its the team under him that does the real research and deep dives into the
stats. A GM may flick the switch, but DD looks like he spends more time on his hair than on a players adv metrics.
