That has to be the biggest parade in the city of Boston ever?

I went to the same exact spot at the same exact time for the Sox in Oct and was able to get within 15 or so people.

Couldn't get within 50 ppl today. Just unreal how many people (kids) are out.
Must also be a record lowest attendance rate in MA public schools today.

I believe the crowds for the Pats in 2001 and the Sox in 2004 are not surpassable — something like 3 million were there in 2004, and the Sox route took them into the Charles, where crowds were still 5-10 deep on the Cambridge side.

Wasn’t 2004 Red Sox estimated at 2.5 million? Cold, dank day too.

Didn't take into consideration the longer route = more people.
Still MBTA suggesting they will set a record for ridership today.

Real fights are pretty scary. No clue what precipitated that but yikes. That first dude that got thrown under the car must have smashed his face on the asphalt. He was out.

Not Boston PD, if all the phones are busy recording instead of calling.
The video is 45 seconds. Calling the cops wouldn't stop the fight, unless the cops were 30 yards away, and then they would get there for the last 5 seconds.

How dare you. “Cold, dank day”?

It was a fucking glorious day. 75 and sunny with zero humidity, no clouds, unicorns and rainbows, the hungry were fed, the poor were sheltered, and the birds were all singing. It was a perfect day.

Drugs are marvelous? Just watched it on TV. If I were there, probably just as you say.

“Hi Gronky”

Watching Gronk today made me Happy/Sad. Happy because the Pats won, but really sad because the Gronk era is more than likely coming to an end.
