Deleted, so I presume it was something classless. Unsurprising from lil JB

Given the Billy Madison quote, I'm assuming he was posting a tweet with a picture showing Boeheim having peed his pants. Something like this:

Boeheim is a prostate cancer survivor (and this is one of the unfortunate side effects), so I didn't want to poke too much fun at him.

Plus we're all indebted to him and his team for their victory over the Death Star.

Pretty damn impressive. They keep shooting from 3 like that and they’re going to go deep into March.

Losing against a 16 is definitely not what they wanted but it sure looks like it might have provided them some serious fuel. They're just humiliating teams.

You're right. I know Kyle guy took it really hard last year and that kid is playing his ass off this year.

Michigan goes down today for the first time, now 17-1. They lost by 10 at Wisconsin.

#7 Kansas loses at West Virginia too.

#1 Duke vs. #4 Virginia on ESPN right now.

I think Duke has missed 5 out of their last 6 free throws (would be 6 of 7 if not for a lane violation by Virginia). That's the kind of thing that will come back to bite you against a team like UVA

Ja Morant for Murray State (projected to be the #3 pick in the draft behind Zion and Barrett) had 40 points, 11 assists and 5 steals today. 1st player in DI in 20 years to have 40/10/5, and only the 5th to have 40 points/10 assists in that time. He's a human highlight reel too.

They are on ESPNU tonight, vs Belmont. 15-2 record. They have 2 five point losses, to Alabama and Auburn, respectively. No signature wins that I could find. Probably have to win their conference tournament to get in the dance.

Probably won't be mentioned much, because they lost, but Memphis Senior, Jeremiah Ford, put on a show today. South Florida was up 26-1 to start the game, and 38-13 at halftime. Then Ford showed up. He scored 41 points in the 2nd half, including 7/9 from deep. Final score was 84-78.

Also, the nation's leading scorer, Chris Clemons, from Campbell, coming off a 39 point game in which he hit a 30 foot buzzer beater for the win, followed it up with another 39 points today. This was notable because he passed Larry Bird and Tyler Hansbrough on the all time scoring list and moved into 13th place. Realistically, he can make it into the top 5, and maybe even top 3, if he keeps up his current 28.8ppg pace.

Virginia Tech beat NC State 47 to 24 in basketball.
I watched most of this game (I was in Raleigh over the weekend) - it was pretty amazing. NC State had 2 points (yes, 2) with under 10 minutes left in the 1st half.

NC State was at home, which makes the Wolfpack’s futility even tougher to comprehend. Their performance represents the fewest points scored by a ranked program in the shot clock era. They went 16.7 percent from the field. They had more turnovers (10) than made field goals (9). It took them almost 15 minutes to reach double-digits, and that was during their better half of basketball on Saturday.

I think Duke is going to win fairly comfortably tonight. Jones is back for this one while Ty Jerome is nursing back troubles.

Uh oh world, Duke might have figured out how to make 3's.

It's pretty much been the only hole in their game to this point in the season. Even with Zion getting bottled up and turning the ball over like a burger on a grill, they can beat anyone if they shoot like this.

Virginia is hanging around though, which is what Virginia does in games like this.

You lost to Gonzaga and Syracuse (I don't care if Jones was out or not, you're supposed to be ten light years better than Syracuse) and needed a Leonard Hamilton induced miracle to beat Florida State, so this shit about "good luck everybody else" is premature Duke crowning bullshit like every other year on here.
