Defense deserved so much better today, Clemson has scored 240 points in it's last 4 games before today

Clemson really looks like the product of a terrible conference. Their OL isn't great, and their QB play is pretty lousy . The Frosh might be great in a couple of years, but he isn't much right now

Who is call BC's plays?

Why do they keep trying to throw wide (and short) on a super fast Clemson team?

Best offensive play of the night. Pass off the defenders facemask that deflects to an open BC receiver. Do more of that :)

They've played better than this throughout the season, but they also haven't been tested. Their NCSOS was weak outside of Texas A&M. SC should test them in a couple weeks. Their D-line is the best position group in the country.

If you're going to punt from midfield down 3 tds in the 4th Dillon should not still be playing

I'd agree with the DL comment. QB is a huge problem though

You're talking about Trevor Lawrence? Kid was literally the #1 high school recruit in the country last year. He's considered the 6th best recruit in history according to some well-respected recruiting sites, since they've been tracking that kind of thing. He's about as can't miss a prospect as has come along in a while, and he's had a pretty great freshman year. He hasn't looked awesome today, but he also hasn't done anything to hurt Clemson either, and they'll probably end up winning by 20+.

Fuck you Dabo for trying to run up the score. You're up 27-7 with 4 minutes left, and you're throwing on every down?

Does Braum leave Purdue for his alma-mater?

Better chance to win, bigger salary, bigger budget, better facilities. But worse conference by far.
6-4 Northwestern has already won Brohm’s division. I’d much rather be there than play Dabo’s Clemson every year. I think you’re way off base with your last point.

The Big 10 west is vastly inferior to the East, but they’re not winning a championship game vs OSU or Michigan and can’t keep up. And I expect Nebraska to be a contender in two years, and Purdue won’t spend the money to keep up an arms race, at least to this date historically.[/QUOTE]

Seriously? Every single point—and point differential—counts when you have a committee evaluating how to slot the top four. Hate the system for placing teams and their coaches into this position, not the coaches and players themselves.
