Saints are up now 2-0 v Chelsea, who might have skipped a training session to buy flip flops, with half a mind on their FA Cup semi final.

This will be the first time in five years Conte hasn't won a league title. No one has offered to dry his tears.

It's now 2-1 Giroud just scored.

Good god . Southampton kick off after Giroud's goal, two passes then they do the long ball to the wing, over hit it and it goes out for a throw. Then Chelsea pile it on and Saint's can;t get out. Terrible defensive headed clearances and one Gary Owen later and Hazard makes it 2-2.

Verdict. Chelsea not wearing flip flops. Saints shat the bed.

Giroud makes it 2-3 to Chelsea. The Chelsea fans are in full voice now. It's beneath them to sing when they are losing. (Best fans in the world.) Southampton have truly capitulated in stunning fashion.

I feel like such a bad person lately rooting for the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal week after week.

But I’ll take it.

Are you watching live? Or at work avoiding result?

I really hope Huddersfield can get a win v Watford. I think it's between Southampton and Huddersfield to be the third team to go down - West Brom are all but down and i can't see Stoke getting many results the way they've been playing, regardless of what Lambert's been drinking.

I’m trying to watch on my phone in the backseat of a car in Oman. I lost signal and then saw 1-0. I haven’t seen the goal, but I’ll take it.

Just lost my signal again too. I’m on E instead of 3g/4g. This is the best I can do for now because I can’t figute out how to get the replay tomorrow.

Thank you @OCST!

It's 2-0 to Palace now, a bit of goal mouth pinball, but Tomkins eventually slots it home. Palace have been on fire. The Selhurst fans are making a right racket. Brighton have scored 7 away league goals this season.

Burnley 2-0 up against Leicester, in the battle for 7th spot and possible Euro footie next season. After a bit of a lean period earlier in the season Burnley are coming on strong down the stretch.

Just got back to 4g and I’ve missed all three goals in 20 minutes. Sounds like this is bonkers.
Oh, it's been great for the neutral. I did not expect Bahamas and Hove Albion to score so soon, or at all.

I hate to say it but...I can't see Zaha in a Palace shirt next season. I hope I'm wrong.

I did manage to see the third palace goal before losing signal again.

I sure hope you’re wrong about Zaha too, but it could happen. But without him you may as well put them in the Championship.

Zaha is on fire. he even scores with a header. Palace are playing some really good football, even a bit of quick one touch stuff. I can't remember what manager it was years ago, before Zaha had made any kind of big name for himself, said that Zaha was as good as anything he'd seen, that he could do anything. Was it Pullis? Can't remember. Either way, Zaha still has room to improve and he is already one of the players you would pay money to watch.

Edit: It's now 3-2. This match is nuts.

The 718
Everton with an undeserved lead. In virtual their only time in the six yard box, a ball looked to have been cleared off the line by a Swansea defender but it clearly went over.

Toffees suck though. Same old- note buildup. Other team owns the middle of the park.

That was a really nice pass by Milovojevic to set up the header too. Luka seems like he’s having a nice game too.

Credit where due, Izquierdo burned Ward and had a very nice finish.

We should be close enough to Muscat that I can have coverage until we get back to the hotel. I’ll be testing my marriage against getting ready for dinner with some friends vs WiFi for the end of this game at the hotel.

Just watched the Everton goal. Fuck me, that was a touch of luck for Everton, but they all count.

I think that may be it for Southampton, especially if Palace can hold on. Southampton can’t score all year, they put two and two up in their last two games to Arsenal and Chelsea and get zero points. I just don’t see a scenario where they catch Palace now even with a game in hand.

Terriers know they cannae buy a goal at the moment, so Pritchard tries to con the ref with a dive in the box, he gets a yellow for his troubles. I'd love to see Huddersfield stay up, just cos they're Huddersfield, but these are games they have to win, home against Watford who are basically at the Flip Flop stage in their season.

Huge goal for Huddersfield. Ince with a simple finish. This game looked to end in a scoreless tie, short on quality and invention. Huddersfield were not really attacking in droves and Watford always had lots of men back, but Watford were caught napping for a moment.

I’m sitting at Nationals Park about to watch Rockies-Nats. I’m wearing my lucky Liverpool shirt. I am quite surprised to find the guy in front of me in a Bournemouth shirt, watching the Liverpool-Bournemouth game on an iPad.

Mane!

This is like a training match. Liverpool trying to carve out another opening but Bournemouth are defending well. TAA is having a really good game. He's really coming on, maturing with every match. I'd expect Liverpool to score in the second half when the Bournemouth legs get a wee bit heavy.

City are now two up at the Spurnabeu with a penalty for a foul that might have been outside the box - City might have got a touch of luck there.

Spurs back four are playing some of the worst football imaginable so far against City. A bad call on the PK as Sterling was outside the box, but Spurs totally deserve to be down by multiple goals.

Spurs lucky to get that one back; playing harder over the last ten minutes but I don’t trust their defense right now to hold City off.

Jon Moss is not making a lot of friends at Wembley today.

Really? I though he was good today. Used his speed and power to disrupt a lot of scoring chances
He didn’t pick up Sterling or Jesus on their goals and was the sole defender responsible for tracking them on their runs and failed both times. He also played a roll in the clusterfuck that led to the penalty and could have conceded a couple of more goals if City finished off great chances.

Newcastle win 2-1.

Burnley eyeing up 6th spot now. Just two points behind Arsenal, but Arsenal have better goal difference. That said, Burnley are in form five EPL wins on the spin. Mon the Dyche.

I think I read a stat today that said Arsenal haven’t gained an away point in 2018.
They haven't and are the only team in the top FOUR leagues in England to fail to do so.

Every single person on this board who gave me grief about wanting Wenger out years ago can kiss my whole ass.

It's true! Only team in the Premier League not to gain an away point in 2018.

Losses to Bournemouth, Swansea, Spurs, B&H and now Newcastle.

Have Man U, Leicester and Huddersfield still left on the road. 6th is most definitely not safe.

California. Duh.
City have only lost 2 games in the league all season, and both teams that beat them turned around and lost to the 20th place team in their next game.

West Brom's season is so strange. They WON their first two games of the year. Then... they had another win in January.

Then they defeat Mourino United.

And if they win their last four games, they may... if lucky, avoid relegation.
