Intriguing matchup tonight: Titans at Steelers. Both teams come in hot, having won 4 in a row. Potential playoff preview. Will be interesting to see if the Titans are for real. Ben has been great recently in prime time, five straight wins and 10 of his last 11.

Also, the game will mostly be broadcast from the Skycam, aside from 3rd downs and red zone plays.

I know that Pittsburgh is at home, but I'm shocked the line for this is -7. Tennessee is a decent team in the playoff hunt, and Mariota appears to be getting healthier as each week from his hamstring injury goes by. I expect this to come down to the 4th quarter. Would love to see a bunch of Big Ben picks.

Titans fans tonight in New England. Would help put a bit of distance between the Pitt and NE.

Steelers will be wearing black on black for just the second time tonight. Titans will be in all-baby blue.

The Patriots are going to have to run the table to get the #1 seed, no one is going to help them with Pittsburg, they'll need to go in there and take care of things themselves, this season is shaping up like 2004 did.

Beating Pittsburgh would get them a game cushion so they don’t have to run the table.

Just from NFL Gamecenter, looks like Titans are not very good at special teams -- or that Steelers are good. Every runback by Titans has been to <15 yard line, Pitt seems to get great run backs on punts and kick returns. Steelers threatening again, after starting at midfield following a 17 year punt return, whcih followed a kick off that pinned Titans on their own 9 yard line.

So which is it - are Steelers special teams good, or Titans special teams bad?

4th and 1 from the 7 yard line, with a 20 point lead and 6 minutes remaining, Bill Belichick goes for it every time. You fail, you pin them deep; you succeed, you learn something about your team and give them confidence.

With the FG unit coming in, my first thought was Yoda: "that... is why you fail."

Multiple outlets are harping on the missed Holy Roller call, but one angle I'm wondering about. if the fumble was called correctly, it's a dead ball. Does the clock stop? Because if the clock does stop under those circumstances the Steelers would have had an extra play and potentially a little more time, since they had to clock it.

No, why would the clock stop?

Official time to verify the spot, the location of the fumble was a little less instantly recognizable than the recovery.

True, they would have run the clock on ready for play, but there would have been a delay like in the Seattle game last week
