Between here and everywhere.
The season basically comes down to these next 4 games. Take 3 out of 4 and their virtually guaranteed a playoff spot (barring an 0-7-0 run or something similar in the remaining games).

It will be interested to see how Cassidy and the team respond to playoff-like pressure. Let's hope they meet the challenge.

Some roster moves were made over the weekend. Cehlarik and Czarnik were returned to Providence; Acciari and Kuraly recalled yesterday on an emergency basis. Bergy and Stafford didn't practice yesterday. Cassidy said it was a maintenance day for Bergy and he's with the team in Toronto, so hopefully he is good to go. Stafford's wife gave birth to twins this weekend but he is supposed to join the team in Toronto as well.

Thanks to CSNNE for this stat:
Records so far this year vs the next 4 opponents:
TOR: 0-3-0
OTT: 0-2-0
TAM: 3-0-0
NYI: 0-2-0

Gotta turn things around vs 3 of them.

82 points in 72 games so far. 95 point pace. I'll be happy with 5 points out of the next 8 possible, ecstatic at 7.

Lines at the morning skate:

63-37-11
39-46-88
72-51-19
28-20-55

Rask in net. Not sure what the deal is with Backes, hopefully he's just taking his option. He did practice yesterday.

Ick. Seeing 11 on that top line is...not good.

I would even take 2-2 in the next four games. To me the biggest games are Toronto and Tampa, take those two and I am happy with whatever else happens.

Yeah, they really need to find a way to beat Toronto tonight. Obviously all 4 games are big (really every game is right now), but I feel like tonight is the most important of them all.

Losing to Toronto was bad for Claude in February, that's for sure

Looks like Backes is in; Hayes out.

Haven't been nervous for a big B's game in a while. Feels good to be playing meaningful hockey in mid-March.

Dirty fucking hit right there. Should be an at least an extra to Toronto but don't mind Bergy going back at him there.

Went in off his knee, that's a good goal.

Fuck off, refs.

I thought that should be 5 and a game. He cross checked him face first into the boards.

My call is Backes delivering the justice.

In reality though - it should have been 4 on 4 there. 5 for Soshnikov and 2 for Bergy. So I guess the goal was valid. It should just be a PP now.
