Gotta love how they handled the whole thing with transparency from start to finish.
Like, correcting those false PSI numbers...or fighting for the release of the transcripts of the NFL-led investigations....or changing the wording from "more probable than not" to "actively participated in" the whole thing. This guy could shit a dead skunk and have it pass the smell test before I believe anything he says.
I'm just going to leave this here, for those asking about our friend Denny Chin from an SI.com
article:
"Judges Barrington Parker, Jr. and Denny Chin reasoned that none of Brady’s arguments overcame the fact that his union provided Goodell with nearly unlimited authority under Article 46. Although influential groups and persons, including famed arbitrator Kenneth Feinberg,
authored persuasive amicus briefs on Brady’s behalf, the balance of the Second Circuit’s active judges did not find sufficient reason to disturb Judges’ Parker and Chin’s decision."
Which is just amazing when Goodell answers TC's question with "Tom, if you look at the second circuit court, the decision they said is that they were compelling, if not overwhelming facts here and that is the point that I just made." No Roger. There were not. This was a procedural issue, plain and simple. The judges who actually looked at those overwhelming facts were the ones who said you were wrong.
